Sessions
Amount of sessions needed:
You may need only a few sessions or need several sessions over a period of months, this depends on the nature of what we’re working on.
In between sessions:
Tasks that feel manageable and relevant to you will often be agreed and set together between sessions. Tasks are shaped around you and what feels realistic within your day-to-day life.
Where appropriate, I may also provide a personalised voice recording for you to listen to before falling asleep. This is a time when the brain naturally begins to shift into slower brainwave states, making the mind more receptive to suggestion.
The tasks and voice recordings are designed to support and reinforce the changes made within the session, allowing the work we do in the session to continue between sessions. This helps the changes you want, integrate more quickly and become part of your day-to-day way of being.
Session frequency:
Session frequency is flexible and tailored to you. While sessions are often weekly or fortnightly, we can adjust the spacing depending on what feels manageable and appropriate.
Session length: 1 hour / 1 hour and 30 minutes
